RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love all your purchases from The Charlie Collection. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 30 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. You will receive a digital GIFT CARD via email containing a unique code once your return has been processed.

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are always FINAL SALE.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, or pet hair.

Please include the packing slip with your return with the reason for return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.) The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at Shopcharliecollection@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
